There are many more, but these are the big ones as many people turn to social media to see what their friends and family think about a business. So having a good review can help draw in prospective customers. Getting positive reviews on your Google My Business page is crucial because these reviews show up on google when someone searches for your business.

Next with all other online directories requires a reliable description, telling people what you are offering as a business, categories, are you a hairdresser or a window cleaning service? Your business hours, are you open on Saturdays or even Sundays and what types of payments are accepted and so on.
